Design Mechanical, Inc. in Louisville, CO is hiring a Field Foreman (Plumbing) to lead commercial mechanical plumbing installation, coordination with the project team, and ensure work is on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license in plumbing (Plumbing: Journeyworker Plumber License)
• 3–5+ years of experience running commercial mechanical projects $1–10M in value
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid CO Driver’s License with clear MVR
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug test, and physical
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team to ensure contract scope, values, and schedules are met
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets to guide field operations
• Ensure crews use the latest contract documents and plumbing details
• Develop cost-saving strategies with the project manager and manage change orders
• Maintain 3-week manpower look-ahead with the project manager and update weekly
• Adhere to company safety policies and QA/QC standards
• Manage client, vendor, and colleague relationships and deliver quality work on time and within budget
• Oversee BIM/CAD coordination and prefabrication planning with CAD and fab shop
• Ensure proper project documentation, timekeeping, and inspections
