Job summary

National Coatings in Bozeman, MT seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead painting programs across commercial, industrial, and specialty applications. You will oversee profitability, contract compliance, and cross-functional coordination with superintendents and clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, managing pay applications, preparing monthly billings, and maintaining accurate WIP reporting while guiding teams toward the company values of integrity, teamwork, and pursuit of

Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience.
Prior commercial and/or retail painting experience.
Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player.
Proficiency with construction management software (Outlook, Excel, Eclipse, Procore) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial health and profitability of assigned projects, meeting contractual obligations.
Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, delays, or issues; implement corrective actions.
Manage subcontractor and client monthly pay applications, amendments, and required written notices.
Coordinate with Superintendents to determine manpower and schedules for upcoming projects.
Prepare accurate monthly billings and complete Work in Progress reporting.
Lead Superintendents and uphold the core values of Integrity and Excellence.
