Job summary

GPAC is assisting a respected Commercial Paint Contractor in the Los Angeles area in finding an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a growing team. This role blends sales leadership with hands-on project management.

You will bid projects above $500K, provide leadership to project teams, and promote services to General Contractors and property managers. 3+ years in commercial painting required; On-Center software proficiency; strong client service technology usage; base salary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center or compatible software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader.
