LIME Commercial Landscapes seeks a Crew Leader to guide a crew of landscaping professionals on commercial sites in Tennessee. You’ll assign tasks, monitor quality, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in landscape mowing with supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape mowing experience with a crew leader or supervisory role.
• Valid, clean driver’s license with experience driving landscape trucks.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide clear instructions to team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality services within project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance, instruction, training, and support.
• Ensure timely completion of daily work assignments.
• Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and related tasks for well-groomed landscapes.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure excellent quality standards.
• Safely operate and maintain landscape mowing equipment and tools.
