Qualifications

• Proficient English and communication skills with crew and clients.
• Knowledgeable in operating all equipment and tools used on jobsites.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work outside in all 4 seasons.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a crew of 2-5 people.
• Manage crew time and routes, track time accurately.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns; control weeds in beds.
• Prune trees and shrubs; blow off hardscapes.
