Job summary
Vanco is seeking a skilled Services Technician to join our field service team in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide high-level technical expertise on HVAC and refrigeration systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians while upholding Vanco's legacy of excellence.
The role requires reading wiring diagrams, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service on each call.
Qualifications
- Two years? experience in refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience with gas, electric and steam systems.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.
- Communicate with customers professionally to explain problems and options.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain records of service performed and parts used.
- Drive to various job sites and manage time to meet service demands.
- Collaborate with team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
