What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of skilled HVAC installation technicians on commercial projects.
• Install commercial sheet metal ductwork, heating, ventilation, and AC systems according to specs and codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth job completion.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses.
• Communicate with clients, addressing questions and concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience (with 1-2 years in a leadership role).
• Expertise in Commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and sheet metal installation techniques.
• Experience with VRF refrigeration systems (a plus!).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with precision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid Utah driver's license and reliable transportation.
