HVAC Precision Services is actively seeking skilled HVAC commercial installation technicians and helpers to join our team in Maryland. The role involves installing various HVAC systems, reading schematics, and coordinating with project managers to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 75 pounds, possess personal hand tools, and have EPA knowledge. Company vehicle and gas card may be available based on experience.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA regulations knowledge is required for compliance.
Relevant HVAC certification or license.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks.
Must have personal hand tools and an impact drill.

Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC systems per designs and schematics.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs.
Collaborate with team to resolve design issues.
Communicate with project management and site superintendents for quality outcomes.
Install VAV boxes, ductwork, air devices, and exhaust fans.
Install split systems, RTUs, and VRF/VRV systems.
Install water source equipment.
