Job summary

Reliable Engineering Services I is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Residential HVAC experience with strong credentials is welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience (commercial preferred, but not required).
• Residential Mechanic encouraged to apply.
• Journeyman’s License preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability and willingness to work overtime

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC systems and perform repairs or equipment replacements as needed
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service and maintenance calls
• Diagnose system issues using HVAC wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
