This role also serves as an assistant manager to the HVAC Service Manager and provides direct support to the team of Commercial HVAC Installers.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
Experience supervising a small crew.
Ability to schedule technicians and manage field operations.
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to use and maintain hand tools.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC installation jobs for commercial systems from wiring to piping and testing.
Sketch transitions and duct fittings for installations.
Direct a small crew and coordinate daily field activities.
Requisition materials and maintain inventory.
Ensure work meets schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with internal/external contacts and complete required paperwork.
