Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in commercial garage door installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Deep understanding of commercial door types, operators, dynamic mechanics, and tool operation.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, service, and maintain high-speed doors and commercial hardware.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues across brands.
• Ensure installations comply with codes and safety protocols.
• Explain issues to clients and provide practical solutions.
• Manage on-site tools, materials, and documentation while keeping sites safe.
