Bopat Electric is seeking experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians to join our Maryland construction team. You will install commercial electrical systems on new construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and upgrades, reading blueprints and laying out installations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Maryland Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or reciprocal license)
• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience
• Ability to read prints, interpret drawings and lay out installations
• Strong hands-on experience with EMT and rigid conduit, feeders, panels, transformers, switchgear and terminations

Responsabilités

• Install commercial electrical systems for new construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and upgrades
• Read blueprints and interpret electrical drawings to layout installations
• Install and bend conduit, pull feeders and branch circuits, and complete wiring and terminations
• Install panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and other equipment
• Plan daily work, identify material needs and complete installations with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with foremen, project managers and other trades to keep projects moving
• Mentor apprentices while maintaining quality and productivity
• Follow NEC requirements and jobsite safety procedures
