Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational electrical training preferred.
Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams; problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Run service calls and support small field projects as a lead in the field.
Read blueprints, diagrams, and notes; interpret manufacturer docs.
Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective action.
Work to electrical codes, safety standards, and permit rules.
Explain issues and proposed repairs clearly to customers.
Maintain professional communication with customers before, during, and after jobs.
Provide timely job updates to office, dispatcher, and client.
Work indoors/outdoors in varied environments and weather conditions.
Document work in Service Titan with notes, photos, and times.
Prepare accurate job summaries for invoices and records.
Create or assist with service estimates and change orders when needed.
Complete close-out info, punch lists, and safety notes on time.
