Job summary

Go-Staff, Inc. is seeking 2–3 experienced Commercial Electrical Working Foremen to lead crews on active commercial construction projects across Southern California. This long-term opportunity offers hands-on leadership, competitive hourly pay, and room for career advancement.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in commercial electrical work, 2+ years as a foreman, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans. Travel and occasional night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• 2+ years as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Crew Lead.
• Strong commercial construction background.
• Ability to independently read electrical plans and layout work.
• Experience supervising journeymen and apprentices.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical crews on active construction projects
• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate field activities
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform commercial electrical installations as needed
• Install conduit, raceways, cable tray systems, lighting, and electrical equipment
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and mentor apprentices
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and jobsite issues
• Maintain quality workmanship while enforcing jobsite safety
