Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proven leadership to run crews on demanding sites.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Ensure work complies with code, schedule, and safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports and material tracking.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen.
