Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Finishers in Greensboro, NC to join a skilled onsite team on Southeast projects. The role focuses on skilled finishing, quality workmanship, and on-site collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of production finishing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to mentor junior installers on busy jobsites.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in production finishing
• Ability to work safely with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders
• Fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Team player with good communication and safety discipline

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall finishing as part of a team
• Understand the 5 levels of finishing and demonstrate each
• Must patch/repair drywall to like-new appearance
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors on project expectations
• Mentor less experienced installers on site
