Qualifications

• Experience bidding on commercial drywall and plaster projects.
• Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff for quantity takeoffs.
• Strong attention to detail and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial drywall packages over $1MM.
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, and subs to gather project details.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using OST.
• Analyze specs and drawings to ensure complete bid proposals.
• Maintain supplier relationships for competitive pricing.
