KIRCO MANIX Construction (KMC) is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required or equivalent construction experience.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience leading field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, MEP coordination, and project delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site construction activities and coordinate all subcontractor operations.
- Monitor project progress and address safety, quality, schedule or budget issues.
- Maintain project documentation using Procore and other PM tools.
- Support project planning, preconstruction, and closeout activities with stakeholders.
