The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and timely project completion while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Advanced understanding of trades.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate and lead effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage three-week rolling schedule
• Conduct and attend weekly coordination meetings
• Guarantee standards are met for quality construction
• Motivate and lead subcontractor tradesmen
• Provide expertise regarding construction means and methods
• Generate and monitor punch list for each subcontractor
• Above all, maintain a safe construction site at all times
