Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Able to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage three-week rolling schedule.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure standards are met for quality construction.
• Motivate and lead subcontractor tradesmen.
• Provide expertise regarding construction means and methods.
• Generate and monitor punch lists for each subcontractor.
• Maintain a safe construction site at all times.
