Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction management.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying scope and budgets from start to finish.
• Monitor and manage project controls including budget, schedule, and overall profitability.
• Review subcontractor and vendor applications for payment and prepare change orders.
• Manage communication flow: RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, addenda, progress meetings.
• Maintain cost control systems and client/vendor relationships.
• Lead project team, procurement, schedules, owner change orders, accounts receivable, and closeout.
• Collaborate with pre-construction team on constructability and project approach.
