Job summary

Links Recruiting is seeking Project Managers at varying levels for commercial construction in the Capital Region of New York. The positions cover roles from developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

The Project Manager will supervise projects from preconstruction through closeout, tailoring responsibilities to the candidate's experience and providing leadership to project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial general contracting or construction management.
• Ability to manage multi-project portfolios and lead project teams.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from startup through closeout and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and docs.
• Oversee budget, costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead field coordination with superintendents and crews.
• Mentor Assistant PMs, PEs, and team members.
