DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is hiring a Lead Commercial Epoxy & Polyaspartic Installer to run 2–3 person crews on commercial and light industrial projects across Rhode Island. If you know surface prep, planetary grinders, liquid coatings, and how to keep a crew moving safely, we want to talk to you.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on epoxy/polyaspartic installation, experience with grinders and surface prep tooling, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of hands-on commercial epoxy/polyaspartic installation.
• Experience leading a 2–3 person field crew.
• Comfort operating walk-behind grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tooling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs and work in variable site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site setup, workflow, and safety for a 2–3 person installation crew.
• Surface prep & repairs: grinders, shot blasters, patch/joint repair.
• Precision application: epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, flakes/quartz systems.
• Serve as liaison with GC & Property Managers on-site.
• Log job progress and material usage using the company app.

What You’ll Do:

• Crew Leadership: Lead daily job site setup, workflow, and safety for a 2–3 person installation crew.
• Surface Prep & Repairs: Operate planetary grinders, shot blasters, hand grinders, and perform concrete patch/joint repair.
• Precision Application: Mix and apply commercial epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and flake/quartz systems to spec.
• GC & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Property Managers on-site.
• Quality & Tech: Ensure zero-defect handoffs, track material usage, and log job progress using our mobile app.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on commercial epoxy/polyaspartic installation with proven experience leading a field crew.
• Equipment Knowledge: Comfort operating walk-behind concrete grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tooling.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record; comfortable driving a work truck and towing a trailer.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly, kneel/bend for extended periods, and work in variable site conditions.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a focus on safety, clean job sites, and client satisfaction.
