Building Construction Contractors is seeking a skilled carpenter foreman with 10+ years of commercial/industrial carpentry experience to join our Hebron, CT team. This hands-on leader will manage job-site resources, oversee safety, quality, and schedules, and coordinate with trades to ensure on-time completion.

The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects while mentoring crew members.

Formación

• Proven experience in commercial/industrial carpentry projects.
• Strong supervisory experience leading a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety regulations on sites.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Pass background check prior to employment.
• Commitment to high workmanship standards and timely completion.

Responsabilidades

• Demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, carpentry, doors and drywall tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial/industrial sites and manage materials.
• Collaborate with construction management to meet schedules and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations on site.
• Train and mentor team on carpentry and site management.
