Getinge in Mahwah, New Jersey, is seeking a Manufacturing professional to ensure collagen production runs on time and in strict GMP, GDP, ISO, and Quality Systems compliance. You will verify procedures, oversee testing, and coordinate distribution of components across departments.

Responsibilities include manufacturing collagen products, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, documenting batch records and logs, training operators, and driving safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or a related degree.
• Proficiency with documentation and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture collagen products and support related manufacturing activities.
• Operate, set up, sanitize, maintain, and calibrate manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain inventory of manufacturing supplies and components.
• Perform or coordinate routine and minor equipment maintenance and ensure documentation.
• Provide real-time direction, training, and feedback to operators.
• Act as the liaison between leadership and operators, aligning priorities and performance.
• Identify, support, and implement process improvements with focus on safety, quality, and cost.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Work independently or collaboratively while building cross-functional process proficiency.
