Qualifications

• attendance and punctuality are required
• flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• adhere to store policies and standards for quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety
• 6+ months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
• 6+ months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• ability to coach preparation of beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
