Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure quality beverages and food and uphold store standards.
• Coach staff to prepare products per recipes and customize when needed.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two+ employees during shifts.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store safety procedures.
• Deliver friendly customer service to build relationships.
