Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming store environment. You will guide baristas and partners to deliver quality beverages and foods while upholding safety and store standards.

You will foster a warm guest experience and model teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. This role requires flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ensure store safety, cash handling, and adherence to operating policies and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate team tasks to deliver quality customer experiences.
• Support and develop partners to meet store goals and guest satisfaction.
