  • Conduct research on coding issues and assist in reconciliation of reports.

  • Certification as RHIA or RHIT or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and personnel management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience in database management and spreadsheet design
