Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Coding and Documentation Supervisor to oversee daily Revenue Cycle operations within the CBO Coding PB department. The role focuses on supervising staff to achieve productivity and financial goals across the department and Revenue Cycle team.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree, 5 years in medical billing/coding, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/CCP/CCA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 2 years of supervisory leadership experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience in financial and medical billing, ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and related software.
• Ability to multi-task in a multidisciplinary environment and lead staff effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
