Qualifications

• MUST-HAVES: Competitive youth climbing coaching experience.
• MUST-HAVES: Experienced and proven team contributor.
• MUST-HAVES: Experience with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling coaches.
• MUST-HAVES: Advanced indoor rock climbing knowledge.
• MUST-HAVES: Lead belay certified.
• MUST-HAVES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MUST-HAVES: Willingness to travel for competitions.
• MUST-HAVES: Computer literacy in Google Suite.
• MUST-HAVES: Must be USAC Level 2 Certified Coach or able to acquire it in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an inclusive coaching philosophy.
• Create developmentally-appropriate training curriculums.
• Hire, train, and manage Team Edgeworks Coaches.
• Attend practices and competitions.
