Job summary

Nuco2 Inc. is hiring an Installation Technician to install, service, and maintain CO2 beverage gas systems for restaurants, bars, and hospitality customers. You will work from a company vehicle on a local route around Cumberland, MD, with a schedule of Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The role requires 1+ year hands-on technician experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL B with Tanker/Hazmat preferred), and a current DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience as technician/installer or similar hands-on role
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL B with Tanker/Hazmat preferred)
• Clean driving record — no at-fault accidents or moving violations in last 24 months
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and maneuver equipment up to 400 lbs
• Able to pull/retract a fill hose up to 100 ft
• Pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and test CO2 beverage gas systems
• Maintain service vehicle, tool inventory, and parts stock
• Use a handheld device for routing, customer info, and depot communication
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and end-of-month reporting
• Conduct safety meetings and review KPIs
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management
• Respond to emails and ensure timely communication
