Job summary

NuCO2 is seeking an Installation Technician to install, service, and maintain CO2 beverage gas systems for restaurants and hospitality customers along a local route. You will operate from a company vehicle and travel to customer sites in the Cumberland, MD area.

Requires 1+ year hands-on technician experience, a valid US driver's license (CDL B with Tanker/Hazmat preferred), a clean driving record, a DOT medical card, ability to lift 55 lbs and handle equipment, and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a technician, mechanic, installer, or similar hands-on role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL B with Tanker/Hazmat preferred — will consider candidates working toward CDL)
• Clean driving record — no at-fault accidents or moving violations in last 24 months
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and maneuver equipment with mechanical assist (up to 400 lbs)
• Able to pull/retract a fill hose (up to 100 ft)
• Pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and test CO2 beverage gas systems
• Maintain your service vehicle, tool inventory, and parts stock
• Use a handheld device for routing, customer info, and depot communication
• Safely load, transport, and unload equipment
