Qualifications

• 12 yrs. of experience or 4 extra yrs. in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Production-grade Python development experience.
• Experience in the CNO domain developing analyst/operator tools.
• Experience leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data.
• Experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets.
• Familiarity with Git and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent data presentation to customers and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from inception to delivery in the CNO domain, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack data analysis apps.
• Interact with mission stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Navigate customer data types to identify relevant information.
• Collaborate with software engineers to test workflows and drive fixes.
• Overcome obstacles to deliver robust data analysis capabilities.
