B&B Manufacturing Co in Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to set up and operate multi‑axis milling and turning machines. You will install tooling, fixtures, and programs, validate first articles, and ensure parts meet tight quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in CNC machining, strong G-code knowledge, GD&T interpretation, and a track record of process improvement and mentoring teammates. This is a full-time on-site position in Valencia.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on CNC precision machining experience in aerospace, defense, or medical sectors.
• Expertise in G-code, canned cycles, and in-process probing systems.
• Ability to read GD&T and manufacturing drawings to ensure tight tolerances.
• Proven track record mentoring machinists and driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform precision setups and operations on multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes and support automation and lights-out manufacturing.
• Read drawings, interpret GD&T, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
