Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience.
• Hands-on experience performing complex CNC setups.
• Ability to independently set up CNC mills.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience making machine offsets and adjustments.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for complex precision components.
• Install and indicate fixtures, tooling, and workpieces.
• Load CNC programs and verify machine setup.
• Make machine offsets and adjustments during production.
• Perform first-article and in-process dimensional inspections.
• Maintain effective cutting conditions and tight tolerances.
• Correct tool wear, chatter, workholding, and dimensional issues.
