Job summary

Aerodyn Engineering, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/On Machine Programmer to work in Indianapolis, IN. This hands-on role requires machining tight-tolerance aerospace hardware, ensuring precision through blueprint reading and programming.

You will work with advanced materials and tackle complex projects while collaborating with experienced machinists and support staff. The position offers full-time hours with various employee benefits including health insurance and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of machinist experience in R&D or low-volume manufacturing.
• Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of G & M code programming.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to hit tight dimensional tolerances on aerospace hardware.
• Write and adjust CNC programs at the machine.
• Perform machine setups with a variety of tooling.
• Machine and deliver high-quality parts in demanding materials.
• Program feeds, speeds, and depth of cut for material specs.
