VARITE INC is seeking a Lead Technician - Engineering to lead parts fabrication for prototype components in Wilmington, DE. This onsite role requires strong CNC programming, setup, and fixture design skills, with emphasis on interpreting models and translation of design intent.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of machine shop experience, familiarity with TRAC CNC equipment, and hands-on experience with Bridgeport and other manual tools.

Qualificações

• 10+ years machine shop experience.
• Experience programming CNC machines.
• Experience with manual machines (Bridgeport) and TRAC CNC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide parts manufacturing leadership to fabricate prototype machine parts.
• Set up machine operations, program tool paths, interpret models and design intent.
• Collaborate in a team with focus on customer satisfaction.
