Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 years of CNC/machining experience with 1 year of leadership.
• Fluent in G&M code and machine control.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong math skills, particularly trigonometry.
• Quality and safety minded leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3- to 5-axis CNC machines per work instructions.
• Verify conformance using dimensional/visual inspections with calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
• Provide training and guidance to machinists.
• Read/write G&M code and modify processes as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and management to resolve issues.
• Act as acting lead in the absence of the direct supervisor.
