Wesley Enhanced Living offers a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (Lead CNA) role at Pennypack Park in Philadelphia. The Lead CNA provides quality resident care, manages a restorative caseload, and supports/restores nursing programs for resident independence and dignity.

The Lead CNA leads on shift, coaches CNAs, coordinates workflow with nursing leadership, and helps balance staffing to ensure top-notch care. 3+ years in long-term care, PA CNA, and strong communication are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related senior care.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and job performance.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other CNAs.

Mansioni

• Provide quality resident care per care plans and rights.
• Maintain restorative caseload and support restorative programs.
• Coach CNAs on restorative practices and documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Serve as designated CNA leader on the shift.
• Assist with staffing and workflow coordination.
