Job summary

All American Home Care LLC in Scranton, PA is seeking an experienced CNA to join us as a Field Supervisor. The role oversees field operations, ensures care plans are implemented, and supports licensed practitioners in delivering high-quality home health services.

You will supervise caregivers (CNA, PCA, HHA) and participate in policy development, promoting a safe, clean environment while following federal, state, and company guidelines. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

1 year of caregiving experience required.
Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, CNA license required.
Driver's License required.
Display tact, good judgement, and maturity in dealing with the frail, ill population.
Display flexibility, cooperation and dependability in fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise caregivers to ensure performance of tasks and adherence to care plans.
Oversee field operations and the implementation of treatment plans and policies.
Contribute to development of programs, procedures and safety measures.
Provide supervision, counseling and evaluation of caregivers (CNA's, PCA's, DCW, HHA's).
