Job summary

All American Home Care LLC in Scranton, PA is seeking an experienced CNA to join us as a Field Supervisor. The role oversees field operations, ensures care plans are implemented, and supports licensed practitioners in delivering high-quality home health services.

You will supervise caregivers (CNA, PCA, HHA) and participate in policy development, promoting a safe, clean environment while following federal, state, and company guidelines. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, CNA license required.
• Driver's License required.
• Display tact, good judgement, and maturity in dealing with the frail, ill population.
• Display flexibility, cooperation and dependability in fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregivers to ensure performance of tasks and adherence to care plans.
• Oversee field operations and the implementation of treatment plans and policies.
• Contribute to development of programs, procedures and safety measures.
• Provide supervision, counseling and evaluation of caregivers (CNA's, PCA's, DCW, HHA's).

All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced CNA to join our team as a Field Supervisor in Scranton, PA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for field operations and supervision of the implementation of care and treatment plans, therapeutic activities for individuals as directed by licensed practitioners. Participates in the development of treatment places, program functions as well as policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of assigned caregivers (CNA'S, PCA'S and HHA'S) to assure performance of tasks, functions and responsibilities necessary to assure appropriate individual care plan and active treatment is offered in a clean, safe and secure environment, in accordance with federal, state and unit policies and procedures. Provides supervision, counseling and evaluation of caregivers (CNA'S, PCA'S,DCW, and HHA'S) on assigned case.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 full year of caregiving experience required
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, CNA license required.
