Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Layton, UT is seeking a Lead CNA to mentor and support our caregiving team, provide on-the-job training, and ensure high-quality home care for clients. You will coordinate training and support daily operations to maintain excellent caregiver performance.

This role requires a current CNA license, at least 2 years of caregiving experience, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance record

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver training
• Assist with training in the office and in clients’ homes
• Client intake assessments
• Introduce new caregivers to clients
• Fill in as a caregiver when needed
• Assist with in-office projects (paperwork, phone support, trainings)
• Cover shifts, be on-call every other weekend and as assigned
