Job summary

You will scope proposals, schedule field and laboratory crews against pour calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

Expect five or more years in CMT, NICET/ICC/ACI credentials, strong deadline-driven scheduling and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI.
• Ability to hold technical credibility with a senior technician.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadline pressure.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
