Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant engineering/science field.
• <5 years of industrial experience in applying scientific principles.
• Experience with mathematical modeling of physical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations across CMP fundamentals and material behavior.
• Develop and validate physics-based simulation models from first principles.
• Plan and execute validation experiments and parameter identification.
• Collaborate with research, product development, and manufacturing teams to accelerate innovation.
• Communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.
