Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps manager informed of issues beyond comfort level or outside policies.
• Monitors quality control standards (immunization logs, etc.).
• Resolves less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues.
• Reports non-compliance with policies to manager.
• Provides staff training/onboard checklist.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
• Prepares exam rooms with instruments and maintains sterile technique.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment for treatments.
