Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is standing up a brand-new Agile development team in the Washington, DC area to advance federal IT modernization. The Configuration Manager will lead baseline control, release governance, and end‑to‑end CM across dev through IL5/IL6 production.

This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and collaboration across DoD, DevOps, cloud, data, test, cyber, IA, and operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading CM, change management, deployment coordination for complex cloud/mission systems.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps workflows and tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, artifact management, promotion pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration management across dev to IL5/IL6 production.
• Own CM plans, release procedures, baseline controls, governance models, and change workflows.
• Manage release calendars, cadences, readiness criteria, deployment windows, cutover and rollback planning.
• Coordinate release planning across engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, test, cyber, IA, operations, network automation, service management.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews, configuration control boards, go/no‑go reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure release packages are complete, reviewed, documented, traceable, and approved (code, infra changes, configs, test evidence, security scans, release notes).
• Maintain traceability across requirements, defects, risks, and changes using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools.
• Manage configuration control for software, scripts, data pipelines, dashboards, IaC, automation workflows, interfaces, components, and runbooks.
• Coordinate DoD‑aligned security requirements, STIG configurations, vulnerability remediation, privileged access controls, and audit evidence.
• Provide CM and release training, mentoring, and guidance across teams.
