You will collaborate with infrastructure teams, developers, security operations, and business stakeholders to bolster the organization’s cloud security posture. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in cloud security, strong hands-on AWS/Azure experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

Must have strong experience securing AWS and/or Azure
Must have experience with cloud networking and infrastructure security
Experience with vulnerability management and remediation programs
Hands-on experience with SIEM, logging, and monitoring platforms
Understanding of IAM concepts and access controls
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
Knowledge of cloud-native security services and best practices
Experience scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Understanding of incident response and security investigations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for securing cloud environments across the full technology stack. This position offers a blend of engineering, operational security, architecture review, automation, and risk reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure teams, developers, security operations, and business stakeholders to identify security gaps, implement controls, and improve the organization's overall cloud security posture.

The role requires a broad understanding of cloud technologies and emerging cybersecurity threats. You will help design security controls, improve visibility across cloud environments, remediate vulnerabilities, support incident response efforts, develop security automation solutions, and evaluate new technologies before they are deployed into production. Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience securing AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
Knowledge of cloud networking and infrastructure security

AWS Security Specialty, CCSP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
