Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 10+ years in software engineering.
- 7+ years with Java/Spring Boot or comparable backend tech.
- 5+ years building and deploying cloud-native apps on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction for secure, scalable payment applications from concept to production.
- Modernize legacy solutions with cloud-native, microservices, API, event-driven patterns.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical designs and delivery plans.
- Lead development for complex capabilities and resolve integration challenges.
- Set standards for engineering excellence across design, testing, security and production readiness.
- Mentor engineers and align work with customer/business outcomes.
