Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Senior Cloud Migration Technical Lead to direct enterprise cloud migrations, primarily to AWS, with Azure experience a bonus. The role demands hands-on leadership, architectural oversight, and delivery accountability across multiple delivery PODs.

Responsibilities include managing discovery through cutover, validating migration strategies, and mentoring engineers to improve automation and repeatability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading production migrations to AWS.
• Strong AWS infrastructure expertise: EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, AWS Backup.
• Practical experience with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, DNS, Active Directory and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of cloud migration projects from discovery to cutover and stabilization.
• Design and validate migration strategies for VMware, Windows/Linux workloads and enterprise apps.
• Lead dependency assessments, migration wave planning, sequencing, rollback planning and risk management.
• Define workload migration approaches (rehost, replatform, modernization).
• Coordinate cloud foundation, migration execution, networking, security, and application teams.
